Valves not in new condition may be subject to rejection. 3. Authorized returns must be sent to warehouse designated by Red-White Valve Corp. with freight prepaid by the buyer (defective/order error claims are excluded) 4. There will be a minimum handling and inspection charge of 20%. Additional charges may apply if valves are not in new condition. 5. Special order items, modified standard items or discontinued items may not be returned. 6. Credit allowed on returned goods will be a material credit to be applied against future orders. 7. When returning product verify it is sufficiently protected. RWV will not be responsible for product damaged during return due to improper packaging. Δ
